Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Sceneflow, a service operated by RIZQ, Kazakhstan (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.
1. The service
Sceneflow generates images and video from prompts and reference material using third-party AI models, organises the results into projects and sequences, and records the cost of every generation. Generation is probabilistic: the same prompt can give different results, and results may contain errors. Preview at draft resolution before you pay for a finish; that is what the workflow is for.
2. Accounts
Accounts are issued by invitation during launch. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. One person per account unless a Team plan says otherwise.
3. Credits and payment
- Credits are a prepaid balance used to pay for generations. Prices are shown in the app before each generation and on the pricing page.
- Credits do not expire, are not transferable between accounts, and have no cash value except as described in the refund policy.
- Purchases are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the transaction, and Paddle issues the invoice.
- A generation that produces no output is not charged.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to create or distribute content that is unlawful where you or the subject are; sexual content involving minors; content that impersonates a real person or depicts a real person without their consent; content intended to deceive, defraud or harass; or content that infringes someone else’s rights. You must not probe, scrape or attempt to access other customers’ projects or data, resell the service, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend an account that breaches this section and are not obliged to refund credits used in breach.
5. Your content and outputs
You keep all rights in the material you upload and confirm you are entitled to use it. Subject to these terms and the underlying model providers’ terms, you own the outputs generated for you. We claim no rights in your outputs and do not use them to train models. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display your content for you.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Models, prices and features can change; price changes apply to future generations only, never to credits already spent.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time by writing to support. We can close an account for breach of these terms. Generated media is retained for 90 days after closure and then deleted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their own country. Disputes will first be raised with support; if unresolved, the courts of Almaty have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to sue at home.
